Businesses opting for McCarthy’s Document Management can rest assured that their files will be safely cared for at our Meanwood Road site in Leeds. Again, after speaking to an advisor, customers will be guided through the whole process. The first step begins with boxes being sent to your work place complete with barcodes, so you can get organised. You can then take your time going through the piles of paper you need to sort and putting each piece into its appropriate spot. We recommend that you keep a careful note of what you have put into each barcoded box so that you can easily find something when you need it.

After this we can arrange for your boxes to be collected and brought to our site, or alternatively you can drop them off at your leisure. We will then scan them and enter the details into our state of the art system before safely putting them away into a secure unit. Whenever you need something from your boxes or would like to collect a whole box, simply email our team with your file number. We will then go into the system, track down the item and either bring it directly to you or have it ready for collection. We can offer a next day, same day or an urgent two-hour delivery time. Our delivery driver will provide a receipt on collection and delivery to provide a complete account of each transaction.

We take security very seriously, and we understand that some documents may be very valuable or important. Only approved and properly checked personnel have access to the document storage rooms, and from the moment your document is retrieved, it will be handled appropriately to ensure its safety at all times. Our own uniformed staff would always handle any deliveries.

If you’ve had to keep documents for a particular amount of time due to legal restrictions which have now expired or it’s just time to say goodbye to them, use our confidential document disposal service. Simply let us know what you would like to dispose of and we will shred it on site using our state of the art technology and ensuring the material is completely destroyed. Following this we can provide a receipt proving its safe destruction, along with information regarding its next life, as all our shredded paper goes on to be recycled, helping you with your environmental targets.
