McCarthy’s require HGV Class 2 and 3.5t Removals Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates would be responsible for handling and transporting our clients household furniture and effects, whilst delivering a first class service each time. Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills to work in the UK’s first Employee-Owned Trust Removals company; located close to leeds city centre.
As an E.O.T company, every employee has a vested interest in providing a great service to our clients to help maintain, and grow, the success it has built over the last 57 years.
The role is office-based working as part of a small team supporting the sales department. You will be responsible for managing and organising the whole moving process, providing our clients with a “cradle to grave” service, which involves taking the initial enquiry through to post move satisfaction surveys. Experience within the industry is desirable but not essential.
In addition to offering excellent customer-based support, our sales coordinators are involved in developing on line enquiries into confirmed moves, so some sales experience would be an advantage.
We are looking for a confident, outgoing, conscientious individual with a natural ability to work within a team as well as independently.
The successful candidate must be computer literate; as well as having a high standard of written and verbal communication skills. For the right person with a desire to succeed and progress we will provide comprehensive training together with a competitive salary, generous commission, monthly & annual bonus structure, 22 days paid holiday + bank holidays and free on-site parking.
Mon to Fri (9am – 5.30pm) 37.50 Hours, with occasional Saturday work (9am – 1pm)
£25k – £26k salary + Commission + bonuses + referral scheme + pension
