We have offered business shredding for many years through McCarthy’s Safe Shred but we soon realised that there was also a need for a service for consumers too. The volumes might not be the same, but with bank statements, bills, and direct mail offering you all kinds of credit falling through your letterbox every day, it can soon mount up. We especially found that people moving house were facing boxes of paperwork they didn’t particularly need to move to the new house but they didn’t have time to sort through either.
So if you find yourself in that situation – give us a call. We can post you out a sack with a confidential seal. Just fill up the sack and drop it back to us at our Meanwood Road premises. For just £10 plus vat we’ll destroy the whole sack, and give you a certificate to prove it (if you would like one!). Before you know it your old pay slips will be shredded, bundled and heading off to UK paper mills to be made into toilet rolls…
