Bar Coded Document Tracking Software

McCarthy’s utilise advanced barcode linked data management and logistics software (RS-SQL system) with thousands of records under management. We manage all forms of business records including hard copy magnetic media, microform, X-rays and film/video for a variety of clients from the public sector, healthcare, industry, commerce and the professions

The system keeps a full history on every box or file within it from the point at which it is bar-coded and created on the system to the time it is either permanently removed by the client or destroyed, when the information is transferred to a history file.

Whole boxes or individual files and documents within them can be tracked by applying a bar code to the item and scanning it against its unique bar-coded location in our Records Centre, providing swift and error free location and retrieval.
